My creative journey began at seven, immersing myself in theater and television. By nine, I was performing on Broadway as Gavroche in the original production of Les Misérables, a role I cherished for three years. I continued performing through my mid-20s, but life eventually led me down paths that lacked that creative energy.
It wasn't until my 40s that I discovered a knack for visual art through ceramics. Starting with a hand-built chess set, my work evolved into designing lamps and, most notably, ceramic robots. This love for hand-building is deeply rooted in the inspiration from my father, who passed away in October 2024. He was a craftsman at heart, always building, fixing, and tending to his garden, often retreating to his workshop.
